Frequently Asked Questions

To arrange a marriage ceremony in Melbourne, simply reach out to us, and i’ll guide you through the process. I’ll explain all the necessary steps and required documents to make it as smooth as possible for you.

You’ll need two witnesses for your ceremony. They don’t need to be Australian citizens or residents; they just need to be over 18 and able to understand English. No identification is required for witnesses, and if needed, i can even provide witnesses for you.

Having the right documents is crucial for the ceremony to proceed. You’ll need an Australian or international passport (even if expired), a birth certificate (translated into English by NAATI if necessary), and a driver’s license or photo ID. If you’ve been married before, you’ll also need to provide proof of the end of that marriage, such as a divorce certificate or a previous spouse’s death certificate.

If your fiancé lives overseas and you need an “Immigration Letter” for their visa application, please contact us. I’ll walk you through the process and explain the requirements in detail to ensure a smooth visa application for your fiancé.

Absolutely! One of the best parts of a civil marriage ceremony is the flexibility to tailor it to your preferences. You can add or remove religious elements as you wish, creating a ceremony that perfectly suits your needs.

No, religious elements are entirely optional. If you prefer, your ceremony can be completely free of any religious aspects and customized to your liking.

I’ll send you an invoice, which you can pay using a credit or debit card. If you’re facing financial difficulties, let us know, and I’ll work with you to find a solution. I recommend completing the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form first, and i can handle the payment details later.
